I don't wish to upset anyone but... I prolly will.

This was the primary driving force that started me down the IWS path.  We saw IWS as a way to have a pass-through window where we could pick up the request from the Super User who knew and understood the data.  We could then process the request within the established business rules and pass back the desired information in a well-formatted and usable format and the Super User could then process it.
