You'll need the "Windows Application Package for Windows operating systems" (see
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-i-access-client-solutions).
After that's installed, you'll need a connection. Launch "ODBC Administration" (on Win7, press the Windows key and type "ODBC"). On the User DSN tab click Add. Pick the "IBM I Access ODBC Driver" and fill in all the details. Within PowerBI, I think you'll find this new connection under something like "Other data sources".
