V7R3 and ACS 1.8.2 (not the just released version)

RPG program created XML files in IFS. When I look at them with WRKLNK or
EDTF, they are readable but when I use the IFS Viewer in ACS (under
‘Actions’ in the emulator), they are unreadable.

I suspect CCSID but I know that doesn’t carry over to the PC. The CCSID of
the IFS file is 37.

Is there a setting where the file would be readable via WRKLNK and ACS also?
