For those who use(d) this for their company are getting daily urgent messages with this content:
Per the announcement on July 16, 2019 by HCL, the end of service for Connections Cloud is July 15, 2020, at which time you will no longer be able to access the service. Data migration must be completed prior to this date.

Maybe IBM stopped their subscription early? Or changed their DNS?
