AFAIK, you can use ADDJOBSCDE (or via WRKJOBSCDE) to do what you want, you can schedule multiple jobs to run on the same day, but at different times ...

Or you can use your "self-submitting" job technique, and use the SCDDATE and SCDTIME parameters on the SBMJOB command ... :-)
