I have no historical data to compare to, but it looks like three user 
profiles (NETPROFILE, QDIRSRV and QNOTES) all have a "large" value in 
the percent of private authority entries column.  Large is relative, 
it's 1.90% for each of them.  Only a handful of other profiles have a 
non-zero value in that column, the largest being 0.11%.  I have a couple 
of other profiles with a lot of objects, but the SAVSECDTA link from IBM 
specifically says that shouldn't cause a problem.

I think it's time to reach out to IBM to see what's up.
