Normally local user group meeting announcements are not allowed on MIDRANGE-L
because they focus on on the user groups local membership and this list is
global in scope.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, a lot of these user groups are offering webinars
instead of having local meetings.
Often these webinars are open to more than just the user group membership.
Because of this, I'd like to invite local user group representatives to post
information about the webinar's to MIDRANGE-L as long as it's FREE.
I know FASUG offered a free virtual meeting earlier today that was free, but
they encouraged people to donate to a local food bank, which is fine.
