I'm expanding this policy to include non-user-group webinars as long as they are FREE and MOSTLY unrelated to vendor products.

What does "MOSTLY" mean?

Here's an example ... if you are hosting a webinar series with some sessions vendor sponsored, the majority of the sessions should NOT be vendor sponsored.

In addition, you should clearly disclose those sessions that are vendor sponsored and in how you will share any information with the vendor.
