I'm so confident in our VTL and it's replication to the offsite center that on Friday June 19 I plan on saving 10 lpars of IBM i, 5 on a Power 8 and 5 on a Power 9, to our VTL. Then on Saturday the VTL and both power systems will be loaded on the same truck and shipped to a different data center.
And, the last time we did a data center migration the truck driver ripped the side off of the IBM rack before he even loaded it on the truck.
