My only guess is that IBM changed something in the DSPJRN outfile layout. Are you sure that you've got all the fields in a1 defined and in the right order.

Also review the OUTFILFMT(*TYPE3) help. Don't remember exactly what that changes.

Don't suppose you have access to the EXPJRNE command which does all this for you?
