That's what we were using. This option looks like it worked:

So we've been digging more into this problem and we see that our SMTP
Server is sending hundreds of thousands (?) of emails. Most of them are
very old.

THis job is taking up about 20% of CPU
QTMSSMTPD QTCP BCI 19.0 PGM-QTMSSMTPD SELW

We've tried cold start by creating the data area but nothing seems to
clear these out.

We are going to call support, wondering if anyone has a different way to
clear ALL Smtp sends.
