Art,
Qshell is not PASE.   Qshell is NOT "PASE."  QSHELL IS NOT PASE!

Try using CALL QP2TERM ... if you want to do PASE stuff from a 5250 ...
Hope that helps,

I've verified that my .profile exists using edtf /home/ART, but it's not

For testing I'm using STRSQH CMD('curl') but it still doesn't look in the
right place.

There are links on the open source trouble shooting page that talk about
setting your path. If you are doing this interactively, I would follow the
suggestion to do this via SSH and not QSH. There is a specific mailing list
for the open source tool that will have more experts than the general list.
There is also a Ryver chatroom where you can get faster answers.

Links to both are on the the wiki.

Thank Kevin.  It's there in /qOpenSys/pkgs/bin.  Do I need to setup an

environment variable or something to add /qOpenSys/pkgs to my session?

I chose to install cURL, but when I try to run a command I get

qsh: 001-0019 Error found searching for command curl. No such path or

directory

Are there any pre-req's needed?

This is a new to me system.  I've got this working on other systems but I'm

not sure if I missed a step. I don't have an environment variable
