Will SSH improve the speed of the file upload part of iACS? Because I

I mean that the scp component of the ssh suite is the fastest,
best-supported, and universal-on-all-platforms modern way to xfer stream
files.

Why richard around with other methods?

Since IBM improved the navigation of ifs in 1.1.8.5 I am giving them the
opportunity to improve the upload speed too.

IBM became enamored of Open Source in the 1990's when they realized they
could never put enough engineers on the job to compete with the
productivity of the open source community.

The balance has shifted even more dramatically to the open source community
in the intervening quarter century.

Gooseing the proprietary software house to make things work as well as the
free and secure tools universally available is, IMHO, flogging and expired
equine.
