I guess you mean the host key. When you connect to the service, you offer your private key to the remote system, while the remote system itself only has the public key.

No, it will not: This would be the same as users being annoyed about the frequent certificate warnings in browsers and press "continue" by default. So, OpenSSH makes you *think* by giving a warning you can't simply dismiss in a rush.

Host-Keys are stored located in .ssh/known_hosts. Delete the appropriate line. The warning you get includes the line number.
