*ALLOBJ does not apply to the IFS. It uses Unix authority models so the
user creating the file has to have the appropriate authority to get to the
folder in question and also needs write authority to the folder in which
the file is being created.

You indicated that the file does exist in the folder. (Not sure if you left
out “not” or not. ) The user creating/deleting/replacing the file must have
authority to do so.

I am thinking that maybe there is an IBM UserId [QUSER, QSPLJOB, etc] that
