I had to deal only one time with such an issue. In my case, reclaiming
the cache was the unique solution to recover but as an expected result,
it was required to reload the system. So be careful and take a full
backup before any action. If I look back to your disk configuration, I
understand that the SYSBASE and IASP disks are under the same
controller, the one which has a cache issue. So, I am afraid that you
will have to reload. Unless IBM made some improvements along the
versions because my issue was more than 10 years ago.
