I oppose. When you’re doing stuff for years, or even decades, you’re somewhat blind to the beginner’s struggles. The beginners should ask questions and write that stuff themselves. From my experience, this helps the memorizing process. And, you can’t write properly about a topic if you did not understand that topic.

Of course, I’d help to make corrections and additions when the initial writing is done.
