Don, Joe and Michael. Thanks for the responses. That is helpful.

After I submitted my question, I discovered that the QSYS2.OBJECT_STATISTICS table function accepts *ALLUSR as one of the parameters, so I was able to use SQL to get the list I was after.

The IBM i definition of *ALLUSR is pretty specific. It excludes
libraries starting with #, but it does include a bunch of Q libraries
like QGPL and QUSRSYS. To get the exact definition, prompt the WRKOBJ
command and then hit F1 on the Library field.

I'm new to BRMS and I'm reviewing our current backup setup. In the
one backup list we use, it specifies *ALLUSR for the library. I
assume that it means all libraries that are not system libraries? Is
there a way for me to get a list of what libraries are "user
libraries"? I'm aware that most if not all system libraries start
with Q. I didn't know if there were any others or not. TIA
