Did they just IPL before the Monday check? We haven't had to do this on our new box, or the previous box because they are/were oversized, but we used to have a job that ran after a while after IPL's to adjust the pools. That was before I doing anything sysoprish, so I'm not sure exactly how it was configuring the pools. I just remember we had to do it or the first hour of work after an IPL had performance issues.
