We tried level 2 first. Waste of time; go straight to 3. 2 was causing issues that 3 fixed. "Trying" something means you have to do another IPL to go to the right level. On our main production box doing an IPL outside of our quarterly downtime schedule is done with only great wailing and gnashing of teeth. We do not support obsolete versions of Windows so staying at 2 was of no benefit to us whatsoever.
