P.S. re my point 'The only exception to this relates to the handling of
Report Breaks where there are no sort fields (it is clear that SQL GROUP
type processing is not being used, either in SQE or in CQE).' - Apologies,
the same rule does seem to apply here as for Queries without Report Breaks
(which makes sense, I know). I had misinterpreted my records.
