Actually I have a sandbox lpar. I tried to duplicate it by ending msf, smtp, turning that attribute back on, restarting the stuff and sending email. But I was unable to duplicate the situation. Then I remember that we use
Exit point: QIBM_QCA_CHG_COMMAND Format: CHGC0100
To change most uses of SNDDST to the SNDEMAIL program originally written by Dave Leland but modified.
I just didn't feel like changing the exit point to turn it off for this test.

This exit program is an easy way to switch from one package to others quickly, and without modifying any existing code.
