You can create a job with the QSH command in the RQSDTA parameter and the appropriate user profile in the USER parameter. Then add an autostart job entry to the subsystem of your choice with the job name you want and pointing to the job description you created.

Beware that the RQSDTA parameter accepts string value. You may want to test the command to use, copy it and paste it enclosed with quotes in RQSDTA. Something like

RQSDTA('STRQSH CMD(''cd theappropriatedirectory ; shellcommandtostartthedaemon'')')

(not sure about the number of quotes around the shell command ; this is the reason why it must be tested
