Have not been following this discussion, so excuse the basic questions

- What is the full path to the file you're trying to transfer?
- What is the command line you are issuing to WinSCP?

PS the gurus use CygWin scp.

Gives:
Can't get attributes of file 'filename.savf'
Could not retrieve directory listing
Specified directory does not exist or cannot be accessed.
Working directory not changed.
