I need to restore some user libraries and IFS objects but I don't have access to console and thus can't get a restricted state condition.

Can I insert a RSTUSRPRF anda RSTAUT into the top of my QSTRUPPGM to get authorities restored?

Actually user profiles are already on the system. Authorities are the issue.
