All the yum stuff goes in /QOpenSys/pkgs (and to some extent in
/QOpenSys/etc e.g., the yum configuration itself.

If you've got some script that explicitly paths to some other IFS directory
to invoke something, you'd need to change that.

But PASE is PASE and 5733OPS is just the packages ... so the yum stuff
totally supersedes.
