Yap. But they could set up their HMC for you so you at least can manage your system.

The bigger issue I'm aware of is that once you're using an image catalog on an IBM i hosting LPAR (with 7.2), guest IBM i's automatically create a *DEVD for that and can access backups one does this way. (If someone knows how to suppress this, I'd be grateful for hints.)
