This is mainly for ISVs that have their stuff in the GSD.
So in order to get my invoice for SWMA, I need to make sure that my entries
are updated. I did update them and for 3 weeks they've been in "pending
approval".
A BP that I got in touch with doesn't know why it's taking so long for
approval. And they can't move ahead until they are done.
And of course they want ME to contact GSD group to find out... instead of
them. Very odd.... I guess IBM is more compartmentalized that ever.
Anyhoo... just wondering if any others had this issue. Probably "cuz
covid".. but I know it's going to be hours of wasted time trying to get in
contact with someone in GSD.
