When running a CL SNDRCVF in batch you will get a CPF4103 escape message.

Qsysopr will need to reply and the batch job is killed.


However If you really have a wish to be able to run interactive green screen
applications in batch there is a solution! Just search for "TNAPI" (created
by Albert York). You pass screen input to the API and in the end you will
get a saved copy of what the screen would have looked like. Cool stuff!
