I am curious to know how well that works?
Reasonably. It's just not as comfy as a true desktop application. And not only because of the lack of a proper keyboard, that could be circumvented with an external Bluetooth-Keyboard. My "keyboard = iPad screen cover" from Logitech has no F-Keys — no regular iPad applications need these usually. And there is no pgup/pgdown, del and ins keys. But once I memorized the keystrokes, it's okay to do occasional work.
Nice: The camera can be activated from within the application, and a barcode can be photographed automatically as soon as the video passthrough displayed is sharp enough. The converted number is inserted at the current cursor position. Not 100% reliable but okay for casual home use.
:wq! PoC
