Ok, no surprise that IBM's website is foobar as usual.

Every time I go to try to submit a case I get the page:

"Oops ? that's not right!"

So, does anyone have a link that I can submit a case... it's for the 415 errors the GSKit randomly receives. It's getting worse. Can't believe others haven't experienced it. :)
