Update: I opened a case with IBM and just got a reply said to do the
following and then to monitor.
CALL PGM(QSYSDIR/QNAVMNSRV) PARM(*STOP)
CALL PGM(QSYSDIR/QNAVMNSRV) PARM(*START)
The STOP/START should fix the issue after applying the PTF SI77426.
PTF SI77426 did not fix it for us. Still getting the spool file.
