The SV journal type is a system value change. Can you determine which one?
I presume QTIME.

What NTP server are you getting time from? Did it recently have a
significant change?

But there were 3194 SV entries and ALL were UTC time adjustments - that

Might want to look at some of the other audit journal fields to see what

in them. Also, is the UTC system value set correctly for QUTCOFFSET.
