Could be for firmware too. Only going by what I'm seeing for Power 7. From what I can glean from internet searches the last Power 7 firmware update came out 2018-05-24. That's been three years. Could be. Our P8 just had a firmware come out 2021-09-16. Actually a hiper fix which came out shortly after the previous one.
Firmware, unlike cumes, does not have "a next scheduled date" in their cover letters.
