I have NO idea how to look into these things on the IBM i system.

I checked my PTF levels for Java. I'm up to date.
I have no idea what UDDI Registry Application is (or if it is running on our system)
Where is the "installableApps" directory?

I did set the JVM property you previously posted.

I'm not even sure how to tell what version of WebSphere Application Server I'm running... I think 8.5
