Opened a case with IBM.  Suggestion is that respin level isn't the 
issue.  Might be a bad image. Possibly bad hardware (hope not, I don't 
have HW support).

So burning to a DVD, heading to the server location and hopefully will 
be able to IPL and SLIP LIC.
