Yep, your solution moves me forward.

Now I get always get error 80040B18 "An error has occurred with the service. Please contact the administrator or try again."
Same message whether or not I use a valid or invalid USERID. So I deduce the XML is correct and being accepted.

Perhaps the service is down. Will do some more research and experimentation.
