I highly doubt there are any. In addition, I also was searching for Linux/Unix based converter programs supporting (parts of) IBM's document content architecture. None (free) available.

After trying to get some more insight, I'd say: No wonder. I'd say, each time, IBM "architectures" something, the result is something extremely elaborated but abstracted and complicated to extremes. (See also: SNA…)

So, it really boils down for now to have some Windows installation available to do conversion.
