If you have the OS loaded, then you can create install media right from the LICPGM menu.

Option 40 from that menu will allow you to create your own distribution media.

If you fully PTF the system before you creat the media, then all the PTFs that are on the system will be on the media as well, eliminating the PTF step after installation. I use this technique to do upgrades when the downtime requirement is very tight, avoids an hour of apply/IPL.
