Are you saying you don't know which key or key combo to press to get
Help? By default, it's Alt+F1.

Or do you mean you want to change which key or key combo you need to
press to get Help?

Are you already familiar with customizing your iSeries Access keyboard
mapping? Go to Edit->Preferences->Keyboard...
