Oh the fun. There's an entirely different cert chain on twilio.com than on apis.twilio.com. apis uses digicert while their main has nothing to do with digicert. This apparently is not uncommon. Dekko.com is outsourced to a marketing firm while all the *.dekko.com stuff is internal.
