Look at pdftotext -
http://www.xpdfreader.com/pdftotext-man.html
It will extract the text data in a relatively clean fashion.
Then you'll need to complete the parsing.
Doesn't run natively though. Use Windows or Linux.

A client of ours has won a new contract and the government department provides reports in PDF ONLY.
The information on this report needs to be entered into the IBMi and this report is approximately 30 pages per day.
I believe Adobe Professional can do this but the results are not proving to be inconsistent. A colleague converted a few samples and some results were ... well lets just say strange.
Just enquiring if anyone has solved this issue and would share/advise how they achieved it.
