Are you referring to scheduler mentioned here https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-advanced-job-scheduler-i
That scheduler may offer calendaring option to define unique working/nonworking days, and various holiday calendars.
I use Helpsystems Robot scheduler on IBMi which offers very comprehensive scheduling options.

Subject: [External] Job scheduler question

[WARNING]: External Email

All,

I have a job that currently gets run manually on the 15th and end of month. Is there a way that I could put it on the job scheduler to run automatically (even when the 15th and end of month are non-working days)?
I've done a bit of research but don't seem to find any concrete answers.

As always, thanks for your help.

All the best,

Richard Reeve
