reliable.
2. Open source is supported by the issue trackers in most, if not all,
source repositories.
3. There's tremendous support for open source on IBM i in the community,
with architects of the offering from within IBM participating, in
particular, this mailing list and Ryver IBMiOSS Forum.
4. MSPs/ISPs/Consultants such as myself support you for a reasonable fee.
5. IBM has a support offering for open source.
Generally, open source on IBM i has great support.
