We use "Monospaced" on Mac for this.

Monospaced and Menlo Regular (wich I prefer) seem to be almost the same. Dunno if those are Mac only.

Both do have a "slashed" 0, not one with a dot. 1, l and I are also clearly distinguishable. Also, p and q start at the baseline, as lined out by John.
