We had one user who is only used for program adoption.
Password hadn't changed since '01. There are reasons it needs a password and not be *NONE.
We were trying this with QNTC and it was failing.
Resolution was to change the password around until we got it rehashed since changing the password security level.
No big deal but one of those things to know when changing that level.
I think the instructions do clearly suggest having users change their passwords after changing that level.
