If you do a 5250 CHGTELNA command, it will show you whether SSL is started
(ALWSSL). You probably need to change it to *YES. That will take place
the next time telnet is started. I suggest doing that from the console,
since it doesn't require the telnet service and will remain up.

subject: SSL Port 992 not listen

I have SSL working on one system. Trying to get it working on the
other server. Mainly for ACS access. When I look, all of the needed ports
are in a listen state. But 992 is not in the list. How do I get it
started?
In ACS I did the verification and only Navigator for i, SSH and Telnet
failed. I am only worried at this time about telnet (992).
How do I get it started? Want to say ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*TELNET) then
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*TELNET)
Won't I lose my 5250 connection therefore will not be able to issue the
start?
