I don't know the mechanics of it. IBM said to use Key Management (under
Tools in base ACS), and click the "Push to Windows..." button. That tool
shows a DB type of JKS and a filename of
C:\Users\user_name\Documents\IBM\iAccessClient\Private\user_name\cacerts.

I'm not familiar with "GPO".

I assume you mean you have to provide the server's SSL cert to each
machine? You could issue the cert from your own trusted CA and install that
to each machine via GPO or just the cert via GPO. If you have to take a
cert from each machine and install that onto the i I would be very
surprised.
