IBM sent out a notification about this a couple of months back.
It's an easy setup but as Jim said.... "to look at our cases?"
Yeah, it's a PITA.

Yes, I just discovered that, and it's really annoying. I can see 2FA for some things but geesh, a case? I think we (IBM) are starting to get way overboard on what we are trying to protect, not being selective enough. Now when I'm in a data center with lousy cell reception (most of them nowadays) I cannot use the fast Internet connection that is
literally 2 ft from my laptop to get at a case? Yea, I know they have
some options but really. Let's get some sanity going.
