I probably can only squeak a little about 2FA. Apparently we're rolling it out here for O365. Luckily we can restrict it to only when using O365 outside of our network. Then we're under the assumption that these users have smart phones. Which you may take for granted but our consultant network admin is seriously into paranoia and only took a company supplied phone for 2FA providing he can keep it in a secure box (?lead lined?) when not needing 2FA.
